Refund/Return Policy Satisfaction Guarantee - Unopened Products - 15-Day Return Policy 15% re-stocking fee, Shipping not refunded. If you are dissatisfied with your consumable product, you can receive a refund for all unopened products in new condition. We will refund your purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Please return unopened products within 15 days of your purchase. If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within 15 days after your receive your order. However, you will need to return the product and a copy of your receipt. You will not have pay for the second shipment of the product. We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in re-saleable condition.

Cancellation of Unshipped Items You can also cancel unshipped items by promptly calling us. If your product has already been shipped, simply return the products unopened with your receipt and we will cancel your order.

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items Please include a copy of your receipt and the reason with your return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use a carrier with package tracking such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedExpress. For your added protection, we also suggest that you insure your return or exchange

No Price Guarantee for Lower Prices Elsewhere We do not provide a price guarantee. If you find the same product for less money somewhere else, you can return unopened products. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
